“Tried calling in for the Family court today at 2:30PM, managed to decipher the index [I needed to push 1, 1 (courts admins), 2 (family courts,) 3 (family courts admin)] they are using to direct your call and I was in the proper queue I let it ring for 7 minutes then i heard someone pick up and immediately hang up on me. :-( Second time was a charm and someone picked up and within 3 mins handled my questions. I updated the rating accordingly.”

“I absolutely loved my experience here at the Richmond hill courthouse. First of all, the customer service rep is always helpful and the kiosk workers are polite and courteous for the most part. But I have to say that the real reason I absolutely loved my last visit there is because I had a 4 point ticket that I was going to fight. My agent stiffed me by not showing up but I met 2 great ticket fighters named Brent and Steve, they gave me some free advice, but my cop didn't show up so ticket dismissed!”

“Might be a surprise!!!! I have had my wedding pictures taken here winter of 2012 (February) This building doesn't get enough credit. I don't remember who had recommended it to me, but it worked. And we are happy! I didn't realize it was a provincial courthouse building at the time. I was in need of an indoor picture taking place. It worked, and it worked perfectly. Lots of picture worthy spots. Rails, lights, marble, steps, plants. Are photographers made it look like a picture perfect moment. Not sure if they are still offering the property on weekends. It was only a small deposit. We also had a few photos on the outside with all the white, really nice. As soon as I get a chance we can definitely post some pictures”
