“Excellent facilities, great knowledgeable staff, fantastic programs. I mainly use the gym - the family plan is excellent, far cheaper than a membership at competitors. There isn't as much variety with the equipment, but it has a bench and a squat rack, which is all you really need”

“Overall it's a nice facility and I've now been to this venue twice in less than 3 months now. Four stars mostly because it's modern and very clean with two main entrances both equipped with sliding glass doors, plus lots of close handicapped parking spots. However the main entrance from the street to the parking lot is dark and hidden, I noticed some people commented on this after arriving even though I was able to find it but I knew ahead of time to expect the challenge. Parking is a bit of a pain because once you find a spot, and only a few are close, there isn't many clear cross walk paths from the far side of the lot to the face of the building. Keep an good eye on your kids when walking across. The water bottle refilling station was out of service, wouldn't have been a problem if there was more than one on a double pad facility, so that was disappointing. Inside the B pad there are no heaters and very limited places to sit on the very uncomfortable benches. So when sitting rink side you're going to be cold, and either uncomfortably sitting or worse standing. The heated viewing area is very small as well, but it is warmer. The worst part was the Zamboni driver kept cutting it too close and leaving thin strips of unpassed ice surface. There were lines of missed ice and patches of slush, I've never seen such a poor job as this person did tonight. I've also never seen massive wet area's like when he was done. Honestly this was one of my strangest, but not poorest, visit to a minor hockey rink.”
