He was particularly good at explaining (in lay-person's terms) everything he was inspecting, why he was inspecting it and how our stove was measuring up under his evaluation. “OVD is awesome! We have been using them for deliveries for several months now because of Covid. But even with restrictions relaxing we will continue to use them. They are very friendly, very easy to get along with, very focussed on meeting my needs and in regular communication when they're at the shop to try and find the best alternative if what I want it isn't available. Communication is so important and they excel at that. Everything arrives in excellent condition and they even did an exchange when they accidentally brought the wrong item. We have met Jackie and Davis and they are amazing. I highly recommend them!”

“This place is a hidden gem. The GM greeted us in the pro shop with excellent service and gave us the lay of the land. Grass tee on the range was in great shape. Range balls are old and it maxes out at 250 yards but otherwise it’s a great place to warm up. The greens were in excellent condition, especially considering how dry it’s been. Layout is fun, though there are a few blind shots. They do provide a yardage book on the 1st tee which was helpful. The patio overlooking the course is large with lots of shade. GM came back to greet us on the patio after our round. They’re making a genuine effort with their customer service and it was refreshing compared to what you receive at most Ottawa courses. Will definitely be back.”
