Krown Arnprior

Had my 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with 800 km on it sprayed Nov 19. Work appeared well done. Only complaint is that the vehicle was not washed very well when done. Considerable rustproof solution on the vehicle exterior and particularly the windows.

As I was driving back to Ottawa while the sun was setting the solution residue was not pleasant to deal with looking out the front window as it made it somewhat difficult to see.

Also the drivers door area where the arm rest is had several hand strains on the light leather....it smelled like the rustproof fluid or grease. I wiped this off.

This is my only complaint. A little more attention to washing the spray off the vehicle would have been appreciated.

Rust proofing, this is my second year that Krown has rust proof my CRV Honda, I usually don’t comment on services to my vehicle but this company is so great at what they do, I highly recommend this company, I plan on using them for all my vehicles, every employee is a dedicated professional, thank you Don and all of your staff.

Rosiena and her trainee delivered exceptional customer service to everyone. Busy place this time of year, so please be kind, they are trying their best to please everyone.

Job well done. Need to be more wheelchair friendly but very caring workers.
