    4 years ago I almost lost my life from a flu shot. I was put on 100mg of prednisone and it took over three years for me to get off the drug. The resultant withdrawal effects stopped me from golfing and skiing. I had great difficulty walking, bending, my total body flexibility and strength was very low. Susan has been treating me a few months and I have a lot more strength and flexibility. I can feel my body getting back into balance. Cant wait to go skiing and snow shoeing. Susan has given me back my life. I look forward to more treatments and a 100% recovery...and the Doctors said it could not be done. Susan, you are amazing.

    I am a 72 year old senior who has had 2 knee replacements and have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Before attending Sue's class , I was extremely stiff and sore every morning just getting out of bed. Even small chores were difficult.

    After attending Sue's classes for only a short time, my flexibliity and stamina began to return and now I find my quality of life has improved tremendously.

    For those of you men and women who have knee, back and hip issues, I cannot over emphize how benifical these exercise classes will be for you. You really don't need to be in pain everyday while tearing your stomach up with pain killers. There is a better way and you will find a better quality of life through Sue's exercise program specifically structured to help seniors through the difficult times. Yes, some days will continue to be more difficult than others but you will get through it and those days will become less frequent as you commit to this program.

    For anyone contemplating or recovering from knee or hip surgery, this is the type of exercise program your surgeons and health specialist are talking about . The better shape you are in pre op, the easier and faster your recovery will be.
