One of my favorite investments that I have made on myself. Sahar is a great personal trainer. She is dedicated and supportive in helping you reach your goal. Sahar uses her educational knowledge to help encourage you to pursue daily acts of movements opposed to the normal rigid repetition workouts. Another quality that makes working with Sahar so amazing is that she constantly does check-ins with you to see if you would like or need to modify any of the exercises for comfort or more of a challenge. If your wanting to invest in yourself I recommend Be Strong PT.
Sahar has extensive knowledge of how to motivate and very sensitively encourage proper movement. Her understanding of the importance of nourishing the nervous system and relaxing as well as exercising is a beautiful fusion. I highly recommend Sahar for a very rich training experience.

Sahar was when a pandemic shut her down. It is one thing to practice on your own, but much better to have a professional like Sahar to coach and inspire you personally. Her up-to-date knowledge of body movement is always combined with encouragement and motivation to do your best.

I have been enjoying body work with Sahar for over ten years. As a seventy year old, I appreciate her understanding of the needs of the aging body.
