“We got the butter chicken fries and chicken tikka fries. Everything was flavourful, fresh, and the portions were huge. The fries were topped with lots of sauce, fresh veggies, and cheese curds 🤤. Prices are very fair once you see the size of the orders of fries and what they come with. The mango lemonade was also delicious, I just wish they came in a bigger size! We will definitely be going back again and are so happy to have a new local place to get good food.”

“A nice place to get a rest! Right off the hwy quiet but close to resteraunts and stores. Just a really nice place to stay and get a good sleep. Gentleman running the motel was very pleasant and helpful. We had a great chat about many things. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable . Highly recommend this place if your looking for a place to rest after a long day is a quiet location and comfortable”

With two young kids, we liked having the comforts of AC and power, but the simplicity of a rustic cabin on the river steps away from a beautiful beach. Close enough to deep river for supply / supper / playground trips. Far enough away to disconnect. Beautiful views and wonderful hosts. Would recommend!”

“My husband and I stayed for the weekend in the hillside geodesic dome and it was truly what dreams are made of. You will not be disappointed! The dome is very cozy and comfortable, it has a heater and a light as well as running water and a flushing toilet. The park is absolutely breathtaking and peaceful. Also less than ten minutes from the beautiful town deep river and all it has to offer. We kayaked down at the beach and it was perfect for us as beginners, calm and shallow. The views are spectacular. Seriously you have to go! The management and staff are so kind and accommodating. We will be back. Thank you Juan!! We appreciate everything you've done to make our stay so wonderful. You have no idea how much we needed it.”

“What a blast. I have so many nice things to say about the hospitality, the scenery, and the fish! It was all great. My whole family that stayed caught lots of fish including big walleye, catfish, Nothern pike, and small mouth bass. The water was high and cloudy and some how we still caught fish. The help was great Martin made sure our boat worked every morning as well as getting us firewood. Martin was super nice and friendly and had a great positive presence. If we had any issues TJ was ready to help us at any hour. Tj also showed us fishing spots and help us choose lures. Breakfast was good not great wish there were eggs or a meat option. Cabins were nice nothing special but comfy beds and not cramped. The Beach was clean and amazing...I’ve never had such a view. I’ve been to Canada over a handful of times. So after spending a week there this place gets a 5 star it’s awesome fishing camp or hangout camp. Deep river is a cute little town to walk around if your bored of catching fish. “Absolutely dreamy getaway with stunning views of the Ottawa River. My cottage was directly on the beach. Woke up to gorgeous sunrises, enjoyed the stars and moon at night and fell asleep in the comfiest king sized bed. 100/10 recommend staying here! The cottages are simple with all the right modern touches and have a really nice rustic/zen aesthetic. Shan and Pete are incredibly kind & welcoming and are available to help you with anything you need. Hands down, this is the best weekend getaway I've ever had.
