I am very happy with the service provided by Ottawa Valley Pest Control. I had multiple wasp nests along my house and Michael and his son were able to come remove it the next day. Michael is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the type of wasp, it's typical behavior, and their approach to removing it. Everything was taken care of quickly and courteously. I highly recommend their services.

Michael was very quick to respond to my e-mails as we discussed our wasp problem. When we met in person, he was very likable and helpful. He was very professional about his work and told us to contact him if our pest problem was not resolved after he left.
