KM Bridal Outfitters

Me and my friends were hoping to try on some dresses, so we came to KM Bridal Outfitters. We got there just before 2:00, and were welcomed enthusiastically by the staff, who offered help and tips as we tried dresses on. We very much appreciated the fact that she put in the extra effort to suggest dresses we had not picked as well, and that she did not hesitate to help us with zippers, buttons, lacing, etc. An hour later we found out that the store was supposed to have closed at 2:00, but since we came right before that time, we were good and that it was no problem for her stick around a bit longer for us.
This expirience was definitely the highlight of our day and we wanted to congratulate you on your awesome staff! Love this store ❤️! Definitely recommend it.

My first time in the store was early September. It was a great experience. I found my dress for my wedding (taking place late October). It needed a few alterations and a bit of bling added. It turned out beautiful and I felt comfortable in it. My only piece of constructive criticism would be the timing. Two days before my wedding, I was told my dress was ready. However, it still needed one more thing done to it. I picked up my dress the day before my wedding. To me, the day before the wedding is cutting it too close. Though I did get my dress, it stressed me out wondering if everything would be done in time. To me, last minute leaves more room for error.

I just purchased my wedding dress at this store today. I felt comfortable immediately walking into the store. There was no pressure to purchase and a beautiful selection for all price ranges.

The salesperson was knowledgeable, committed, and helpful.
