I am 30 years old and they are the only store in town to carry pants, jeans, and shorts that are high quality, fit me well and don't look like granny pants. Being more than 6 feet tall weighing anywhere from 140 - 200 pounds I can always depend on them for length, quality, and comfort. The waist is never too short, nor is the inseam. Once purchased mis sewn pants, they deducted 20% off the sale price for me and paid the seamstress in our mall to fix them.
