(July 12, 2023, 5:12 pm)After cleaning our smoker for the weekend, we needed drip trays for our Traeger 1300 smoker. Drove to 3 big box stores and none had any in stock.
Was going to just order them from Amazon when a friend suggested trying Lahey BBQ - so we did.
Unfortunately they also did not have what we needed in stock, but they were happy to order some in for us.
In the interim, Melissa, the store clerk gave us the drip tray off of the floor model to get us through the weekend, and she offered it to us FOR FREE
Great service!! We now have a new favourite BBQ accessory store!!

The staff are super friendly and the technicians were prompt, courteous, thorough, and very professional. We will definitely be using them again.
