As a 3rd party for Rogers you don't get the regular treatment you normally get with Rogers themselves. They explained everything in detail, saved me quite a bit of money, and I didn't have to call Rogers a dozen times to fight with them afterwards. Briana was incredible to deal with . Best sales rep I've had in 15 years dealibg with cellphones. Cody and Hailey are great as well. If you deal with Rogers as a carrier you should deal with this store.
(February 28, 2023, 6:05 pm)I came in today to get a new phone and I had Cody and Brianna help me out had such a great experience great customer service friendly workers would definitely recommend if getting a new phone to ask for either one of them :) very happy with their service .

(April 21, 2022, 12:20 am)Recently got a new iPhone 13 from the store manager. He made the experience so seamless and even moved everything from my old phone to the new one.
Plus I got to stare into those blue eyes for awhile longer while he did it. ;)
