Amazing spot! The owner and his staff are all very friendly and provide great service.. the food and smoothies are great and made with fresh high quality ingredients and the portion sizes are big! Highly recommend this place to anyone… one of the best take out places in Pembroke.

I’ve been here about 10 times now. It’s always the same 2-3 super friendly employees. Everything I have eaten is absolutely delicious and the smoothies are great. I usually get burritos because they are the most filling, but the paninis have the best flavour.
