Valley Taxi Inc

I have been repeatedly impressed with how honest this taxi service is about the wait time(s), that is, If I happen to find myself in that situation. I've never been told "15 minutes" or that "another taxi just cleared minutes away" by Valley Taxi Inc, while in truth I find myself still waiting 30 to 45 minutes like I repeatedly have had to do, with other taxi services. I don't mind waiting my turn if it is 45 minutes that's fine, just please be honest and tell me, I will find something to do or finish up something else. I do disagree and I find it more than rude when lied to about the time my taxi is coming, = only to find myself, either freezing or sweating because I had truly believed in other taxi's and or their dispatchers. Then to have their drivers irritably complain if they had waited 2 or 3 minutes on me, even going as far as leaving after 2 minutes because I've waited for 45 and needed to go indoors to warm up my hands. With Valley Taxi Inc I get the truth which is usually quite quickly but on days where they have been very busy I at least got the courtesy from their service to inform me it could take a little longer, which is great, because I can go inside and wait, opposed to waiting outside for 45mins in the freezing cold while being lied to by other taxi service(s). With Valley Taxi Inc honesty, seems to be a recurring trait which seems to be an extremely important part, built into the very foundation with which Valley Taxi Inc has. Including their service going as far as either phoning me back promptly to inform me it could take a couple minutes extra and/or being completely honest in the first place if they are booked up when called plus to go as far as to very genuinely and politely recommend other taxi's including their numbers if needed which is the type of professionalism and courtesy along with going back to my main point and reason I am writing this review: what I consider one of the most important and biggest assets to a friendly and social business being honesty. I definitely recommend to all family, friends and every and any one who is or were experiencing the same fabricated wait times, or for anyone looking for their taxi service chosen to be genuinely, friendly, pro-social, ethical and proper, who follows and takes behavioral guidelines extremely serious. Thank You Valley Taxi Inc for the much needed and much appreciated service you provide.
