Excellent service. Our furnace went out overnight. Next morning Janet looked at it, and two days later new furnace was installed. They supplied room heaters in the meanwhile. Also, a malfunction of the new furnace was repaired following the phone call. Keep up the good work.

A very good experience from start to finish. Janet came and gave us a quote and we ordered the unit and within two weeks we had it installed by two great guys who were friendly, courteous and polite and quite knowledgeable also the office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I’m going to need a furnace down the road and I will be going there 👍👍😊

Good service

I called Melcher to come and look at my father-in-laws air conditioning less than 2 hours ago.. and they sent someone right over to fix it. In this heat wave, I expected it would take a few days to get someone out to his home, but this' testament to a long standing company that offers amazing service. It trurned out it was only a quick fix, but I'm in Ottawa and couldn't get there to check it out myself.
