“I absolutely believe this is the top hardware store in the valley. This is not a chain type hardware, but is one that has been family run in this town for a very long time. The personal service given to the customers that go through their doors is second to none. I love that you can buy one screw, one bolt, one nut, a few nails, a few of everything you need to do those little jobs without having to buy and pay for a whole pack that may never get used again. It is the old fashioned way of doing business, and the only way to do business You are not just a customer that Scotts Hardware can make money off of, but you are an important person the minute you walk in. I will say as my late father always said " If they don't have it, then you don't need it," and if Scotts don't have it they will certainly tell you if it is available or if they can get it for you. She went to great lengths to get answers all of my questions, and was truthful about the house condition. I ended up asking her to help my wife and I to look at other properties and she agreed. “Came to River Optical first time for three kids eye exams today. Ladies were very friendly. Got all three kids seen and checked within hour and a half. Wonderful experience from the start. Excellent customer service for my kids. We have never met a nicer lady. I would commend her completely if I could remember her name..lol. My daughter felt so comfortable not judged or pressured at all. Absolutely the best service met our budget exactly. Couldn't say enough.
