“I have always had a good experience in this store, my dog loves going in and sniffing around and saying hello. But today he started to pee on the concrete floor and a small amount splashed on a bag of cat food. I wiped it all off right away (and the bag is plastic so it didn't absorb anything), but I was made to buy it, a $65+ bag of cat food and I don't even have a cat. I get it they have a policy but that's like my groceries for the next week. Now I have to start getting all my dogs stuff elsewhere, there's no way I'll ever go back, so unfortunately they just lost a customer. I've definitely spent hundreds of dollars on food and treats over the years here, and certainly would have spent thousands more over my life, but they just lost a customer over $65.”

Liz was greatly helpful at educating and finding us a safe, natural, and sufficient way to relieve the pregnant cat of her fleas. In less than a week she was flea free! Her babies were born without any harm and in perfect health with Mom and babies being flea free. Highly highly recommend the people who work at this location!
