Lovely food. Great atmosphere. Would rate it more if I could!

Giving 3 stars for now but will update when I go again because I don't feel today's experience was a good reflection of what this place can be.

- No sign outside, understandable as it's the first day. But it's easy to miss and the Google photo shows another store in the same plaza.
- Seating is very limited. 3 booths can fit 4 to 5 people each. I guess it's more for takeout but there is space limitation.
- Card machine was not working. Had to pay cash or EMT.
- Ordered ribs, they were not warm at all. Put on the grill for a minute or two but it was pretty cold. Otherwise it was really good tasting, just couldve been warned longer.
- Portion sizes were pretty big, I liked that. The mac and cheese side was MASSIVE. Couldve given half the size. It was also pretty mediocre in taste.
- Good service from the guys, pretty caring and pretty chill.
- They forgot several items in the order. My brother ordered ribs and they completely forgot until we reminded. Another ordered brisket sandwich and they forgot that. No receipt or order tracking system at all.
- Long wait in line although we were 2nd customers in the store. Probably waited 20 mins before ordering.
- Washroom didnt have paper towels and was messy, given we went at 11 (opening) that's pretty bad.
- No sauces or anything included. Cut portion sizes and give us stuff like toast and sauces etc.

Food was great and kids enjoyed it!

Portions were a little small but very good service and amazing food. Ribs were warm and Smokey and brisket sandwich was perfect.

Very first experience so things will change.
First issue though everything was very cold.
Kept forgetting orders. Some of my items didn't arrive at all.
Sample platter has far too much meat and the big trip tip pounder a solid mass of cold meat.
Take more inspiration from Texas BBQ and INCLUDE buttered toast and BBQ sauce with all platters.
Brisket needs work. Not tender and very cold.
Ribs we're good.
Tri tip also very cold.
Everything smokey so that's good.
Reduce amount of meat in platter by 40-50% also price down to $50 - you'll make more money that way and people don't get a lion's amount of meat. Decent start. Needs a lot of work though.
