I’ve been seeing Manny for treatments for about a year and the relief I get after seeing him is incredible. His knowledge and expertise has helped me learn and adopt many useful methods of treating myself. Manny has a holistic approach that is second to none. I highly recommend his therapy and coaching to anyone who lives a highly active lifestyle or anyone looking for simple stress relief.
Have had more than a couple occasions to need the talents of Manny and Trigger Sports Therapy. On one of those occasions I had broken my knuckle and though the break healed with no problem I suffered tendon damage which caused diminished use in my hand and weakness. Cue Manny and TST. I can't say the specifics (he explained it all in detail but I missed it) but from cupping and blade work (not what your imagination is telling you) and trigger release I regained all the strength in my hand and complete mobility.
More than his knowledge and skill he genuinely cares about what he does and his clients. He not only strives to relieve you of what the issue is but he seeks to not only discover and resolve what caused it but also to prevent it from happening again and then help you to improve upon yourself.

Manny is the real deal and a master in his craft. He is more effective in treating injuries, correcting your posture and movement and strengthening your body than chiropractors, massage therapists and personal trainers combined.
