He explained how everything should work and demonstrated a routine clean of the salt reservoir. He wasn't rushed and took the time to ensure our softener was left working correctly. Thank you.

The plumber kept us updated through the process and made sure we understood how the operate the device and how to seek help.
He also kept the very house clean, such a professional.
