(January 21, 2019, 1:44 am)Great Service!!! Had hot tub troubles in the middle of a cold winter freeze. When I called to book a service call, they told me how to keep the hot tub from freezing in the meantime. After explaining what I had seen, and what I had done to try and fix the issue, they were able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Onsite they tested to confirm the issue, replaced only what was needed and nothing else (a faulty board and processor). The tech came prepared with the parts needed in his van and everything was installed in less than an hour. Bonus, no need for a follow up appointment. Tyler was even kind enough to answer a pile of questions I had about maintenance, as I had bought the tub used and didn't know much about taking care of it. Thank you Arctic Spa Barrie!!

(May 4, 2018, 8:39 pm)This is a top notch outfit. Despite some difficulties over delivery, for which I candidly accept the lions share of the blame, these folks came through. The circumstances were such that we could have incurred significant added costs for storage and a second delivery (we live about an hour north of Barrie), but those added costs were waived. These people understand the value of a happy customer, and they run their business accordingly.
