Helpful and friendly staff. I visited three times in a two week span and twice I had the the what appeared to be manager check me out and of all the staff he was the exception to the helpful and friendly. He had a mean mug on and appeared to have no interest in his job or his customers. Switch him out hes done
I don’t recommend buying refurbished anything. But as for cords and accessories and adapters, this place beats amazons prices and has good sales. It’s kind of like a better “the source”
Great store, lots of selection. Not many stores with this many computer supplies, especially gaming hardware. Good little gaming sample stations too with different products and brands to try out. Wish they had more sales and prices to compete with amazon, but still very good to try stuff out.
Always enjoyed the store never any dramatic issues. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a new computer a laptop for my business. The Lenovo machine they had on display was ideal, the price and what I needed were perfect. That being said I took the machine home opened it up to find a phenomenal amount of garbage spam software that was conveniently not on their display model. Moved past this annoyance only to be stalled some times for hour by updates from these garbage programs. I went back to the store explained my grievance and demanded they remove this garbage. They agreed to for 149.00 I found this to be upsetting. I buy a laptop brand new and now have to pay to get it to a point where it’s usable. I thought I was getting a product from a more responsible retailer. I am looking at a new high end machine but I don’t think they will be my first or only choice.
I've attended this location in the past and the staff has been outgoing and helpful. Today I had some questions about routers and the technician was helpful and took the time to answer my questions to guide me to a solution that was best for my situation. No sale was made but I would return knowing how they treat their potential customers. Need more service such as this in other companies to be more available.
