Chaopaya Thai Restaurant

Great food and pleasant atmosphere.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner here last night. The owner is very pleasant and the atmosphere is authentic.
We sat on the patio which had a nice breeze as we enjoyed our dinner.
We had the mango salad & springs rolls as appetizers and then shared the emerald green chicken curry & the pad thai.

Hands down the best Thai we’ve ever had. We used to drive up to Barrie from Toronto just for this restaurant. We live in Barrie now and are thrilled to have this in town. Absolutely delicious food, all freshly prepared using the best ingredients. It’s lovely inside and out, with a beautiful view of the lake. Lovely owners who obviously care about customer service and that’s why you’ll see so many happy diners at Chaopaya.

People today I had lunch on the patio with my brother and this Thai restaurant is a gem.
I have travelled all through Asia including Thailand and today's lunch was like I was back there.
I had seafood soup and seafood noodles and asked for some heat the owner brought me some specialy imported thai peppers that were perfect additions to my meal.
People of Barrie visit this restaurant you will not be disappointed. Try the imported Thai beer.

The food is delicious and there is a beautiful view from large windows in the dining area or the patio. Traditional interior design creates a warm environment. Friendly service and it's worth the wait for your food. You can only get beer or wine for alcoholic beverages but there is a selection of non alcoholic drinks. The price is reasonable for drinks and food. Parking is free for customers. Chaopaya Thai Restaurant is a great choice for authentic food.

Food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly.
Ok so maybe the patio might need a little TLC but the food was fantastic, the prices are affordable and the view of the Lake at sunset was incredible.
