Super nice staff :) I forgot my phone on the counter and they keep it aside for me. So greatfull for there kindness. They have a great selection of games not kept in other stores such as Pokemon, Force of Will and Weiss Schwartz. If you are looking for a welcoming game store without the Magic the Gathering crowd this store is for you

I have only met Dylan a couple times at a convention in Toronto. Him and his team introduced me to a fairly new card game call The Caster Chronicles, and since them I've been hooked.

From what I've gathered in person, they are nice, genuine and caring people and they do a good job at what they do.

Since then I've only ever felt with Gamers Lair via online transaction, since I am from Vancouver Canada, visiting the shop is more than just a hop and a skip away.

So far, every purchase I've ever made has been top notch. 100% speedy service, same day shipping, and the customer support is what every customer support should be.

All in all, I am more than willing to throw some of my money to this company and their team. I am looking forward to future business with them, I doubt they will disappoint if you decide to use them!
