H&R Block

Nothing special. Gave me one pick up date and they were about a week late. In there questionnaire they asked how and when I would like to be contacted. I'm not sure why they asked this since they didn't contact me the way I wrote down nore did they contact me in the times I was available. 3 stars because there hand sanitizer smelt okay.

As someone who dreads getting their taxes done every year it was the first time in a long time I felt comfortable and could breathe. From the amazing young man at the initial desk to Sherry who took care of my taxes, I was extremely pleased and comforted. I can't thank this team enough for their professionalism, but more than that their compassion and understanding at how stressed this can make someone. Truly grateful..I will be back next year hopefully with less anxiety :)

Sherry always goes above and beyond. If she doesn't know , she is professional abs will advise but takes the time to find the answer. If you are looking for a real down to earth, honest individual to help you with your tax, call her ! You won't be disappointed !!

This office was so professional & kind that we felt right at home. The receptionist got us chairs & sanitize our area, & explained the entire procedure. Our tax representative Sandra Pacheco is the very best tax professional I have ever dealt with the past 65 years. Firstly, she is current & up to date on the tax codes. Secondly, she is very knowledgeable on what is important in our lives as senior citizens. Third, our total experience was two days from start to finish , great service. Fourth, she sincerely cares about her clients. She is a wonderful person, & we wouldn’t go anywhere else to get our taxes done. We have used H&R Bock go about 26 years , & have always had a positive experience!
