From their south end shop to their North end shop I have to say I have never been disappointed, the employees at Mercer Equipment have always helped me with every inquiry I have had regarding parts, repairing my lawn mower and servicing my snow blower's. All in all an excellent experience and highly recommended.

As a Landscape professional I'm so glad that I found this business. They treat me awesome and their prices are in par.

I’ve a purchased a couple pieces of Toro equipment here (and more to come). Great selection and prices. Fantastic staff — Shelley & Jamie have always been exceptionally helpful & accommodating, which is a huge plus for me as I live about 50km away.

I’ve just found Mercer Equipment on Currie St in BARRIE. Needed a part for my whipper snipper. Very helpful over the phone & in person. Staff were happy to help me find the model # and order my part. Best part of the experience was meeting Nala, the shop dog, who greeted me with a smile at the door & walked me to the counter. She sat beside me the whole time I was there. Very comforting & super sweet. A definite asset to the store indeed!!!
