After having the same repair man for over 20 years, it's very hard to trust another, but luckily Mr. Appliance came to my house to do warranty work, at some point, and he was a very professional young man. Well I took a chance and I'm very happy with the service we received. Josh arrived an hour after I called, and what a very nice young man. My fridge is working better then ever! Very pleased with the company, and Chris, the receptionist. I would definitely call them again. When Josh was leaving, he brought my garbage can in because it was windy, what a guy! You'll go far Josh and Chris!

I have used Mr. Appliance twice in the past 5 years. I just wanted to say that I think this company is amazing. They were great to deal with. I love that they send an email about half an hour before they come to your house with a picture of the person doing the repairs. Wow...this is first class. He wore booties into my house and was very thorough in his diagnostics with the dryer. Would absolutely highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. KUDOS to Mr. Appliance.
