Always a treasure going to Northern Lights! John is professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I will always go to his establishment for all my wine and his prices are phenomenal.

This is a great shop for on premis or take home wine making. I've been doing home wine making for 40 yrs and have done every aspect of it. John knows his products and the art of wine making.

There are plenty of wine making stores in Barrie, but Northern Lights is much more. These folks actually know their stuff, and genuinely care about the quality of the wine they put out. But most importantly, they actually understand it (this seriously sets them apart from the typical "we toss yeast onto a boxed kit and hope for the best" shop). You'd think they owned a vineyard with how good they are at making wine. I've used several of the local shops, but the wine I get from Northern Lights is consistently better.

5 stars for quality, 5 stars for service. Can't say enough good things. Try them once, you'll save a bundle and never want to buy wine at the LCBO again.
