The Vibe Burgers, Shakes & Donuts

Smashburger was delicious. Luckily I did not have it with all the sauces on offer, it would have been much messier!!
French fries were fresh and superb.
Unfortunately no toilet paper in the washroom almost made me knock off a star!

Ok so first of all, customer service was on point. Sam was the one assisting us and he was brilliant. Got all of our orders correct, made sure to read it back to us just in case, and was super nice throughout. Offered great suggestions as well.

Secondly, the food is amazing! The burgers just dissolve in your mouth and the fries were super crispy. I'm going to come back and try the shakes because those look great too. Probably the best burger joint in all of Barrie.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing burger spot. The vibe has nice and attentive staff with great service! Great donuts and burgers, and would definitely recommend!

I first want to say that the interior of this restaurant is adorable. You can’t help but take a selfie against some of the cutest backdrops. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I was hoping. When my friend & I visited, there was only one other group of two seated. My friend & I had our order taken separately & when it came time to grab our food from the counter, they had only prepared one & forgot about the other. This meant another 5-8 minutes before my friend had her meal. They did provide us with a few free donuts, however there were 4+ staff working at the time & it seemed very disorganized. The Vibe Burger was just okay..it didn’t have a ton of flavour & the ingredients weren’t distinguishable by taste between them. I will say, the milkshakes are 100% worth the trip here! Overall, 3 stars.
