I absolutely love UFC and all of the staff there! I had had migraines for my entire life leading up to my 30th birthday, but after seeing Dr. John for just three adjustments, my headaches have disappeared FOR GOOD! Any other ailments that have come up have also been solved with just a few adjustments as well and I strongly believe that this practice can positively contribute to everyone’s overall health! Amazing vibes all around upon entry, every single visit, and they even put up with my terrible attendance to appointments and work with my hectic schedule to make it work for me! I would and have already recommended for all of my loved ones to come to UFC to start their own journeys toward recovery.

Dr. John and his Team are AAA+ for qualiry of services they offer. I didn't realize how important Chiropractic Care was until I started going back after being away for over 3 years. My frozen shoulder symptoms are 98% GONE! I am so happy to be back!

Starting seeing Dr. John Rae in Jan. this year (approx 4months now. Closed 2.5 months due to COVID-19). I was skeptical at first as the adjustment were only 5 minutes or so per treatment. However I am seeing a significant improvement with my back pain and sitting posture. I used to get monthly massages to help with the knots developed on my mid-back by sitting for long hours at work. I don't need frequent massages anymore! I definitely recommend seeing him for adjustments. He is very knowledgeable with experience and answers all your questions/concerns.

Dr. John has been part of my healing team for more than 14 years. I trust him wholeheartedly. He knows where my issues are and knows how to heal them. He actually does have a magic touch!
