Velcom

I was very happy with my experience thus far. I did research before ordering service from Velcom. The support staff helped me get my modem online, had issues at the get go but then it was resolved. Always something stupid :). James is very pleasant.

Just setup the service with Lilian from Velcom. Excellent customer service and excellent attention to the detail. Very informative. Took the time to explain the setup process and listened to my questions. Ill post back if any issues once service is installed.

My service was migrated yesterday, while service was out for 30 minutes it went smoothly. I was worried I would be offline but then it came back. They did tell me it could be offline for a short duration. My speed is faster than before so I am much happier. Ive been with Velcom for 4 years now. There have been a couple of outages but when I was with Rogers it wasnt perfect as well. The cheaper price with Velcom beats that. Cant be happier.

A friend of mine referred me to Velcom. I had service setup on Friday and thus far its been exceptional compared to my previous ISP. Sales were very helpful. I got a faster speed at a cheaper price, can't complain!
