“I've always loved QE but my recent experience has solidified it. I bought some sheets back in December and February and they were piling (they don't usually do this, as I've had another set of their Bamboo sheets last 8 years previously). I reached out and explained what was happening and they offered to replace everything completely, despite me not having my receipts. When I went in with my old sheets they let me pick out whatever I wanted. I went with a slightly different set and loved them so much that I ordered more online the next night, including a set for my toddlers new big girl bed. Such great customer service, and they truly do stand by the quality of their products!”

“I enjoy showing up to each class and I’m always excited for my next lesson. All teachers that I’ve had up to now are extremely nice and welcoming. They also adjust to a pace that you are comfortable with. The only criticism that I would have is that it would be nice if they’d teachers sent parents and students a mid semester review. It would highlight the students strengths and weaknesses and what they plan on working on for the next half of the semester.”

Not only that but we saved about $1200 off retail by purchasing a floor model with some slight paint scratches on the front (and it came with it's own touch up paint!). I didn't realise it was the 30th day. I ran there like a bat out of hell (had a few drinks already so wasn't driving) total super stars the staff. Thank you to all who were involved in keeping the store open that 3 mins more!
