“Since the store does not have a shopping cart I need to carry my son which makes it next to Impossible to grab the kitty litter that I need to grab but there were more than enough people in the store that came up to me to ask me if I needed any help( WHICH I DID) and then I got to carry out. Most pet values I go to only have one employee working which makes it super in safe for that employee to leave the store so I was very impressed with the customer service. Lots of stock very clean store”

“Took my pooch in for his first grooming appointment and he came out looking gorgeous and super soft. He got the furminator treatment and they brushed him so thoroughly that he has half the tail he used to! And don't mistake, that's praise, my pup had a tail like a shedding flag. When we picked him up he was happy and even we could tell he was proud of how good he looked and how he felt.”
