Very professional service! Lots of cool options for a wide variety of party needs! My son and his friends loved the bouncy castle, tic tac toe game and a cotton candy machine for his birthday! The set up and pick up was quick and seamless too! Would highly recommend 😄

I had a good experience with Tanya and her team. Extremely professional and was reassuring and supportive when I needed to change the dates of the rental due to bad weather. Set up and pick up was smooth. Highly recommend their service. The sports arena was the best and my son had the best birthday!!

Prime Event made my daughters birthday one to remember. They delievered earlier which was such a nice surprise, their castle was clean, they set up the tent and tables so nicely, customer service was impeccable, they made sure there was no mess left behind when they picked everything up too which was super nice.
