John was extremely courteous and informative. He removed the unwanted scratches on my black vehicle, restoring the car back to “new-like” condition. I have had similar work done on previous black vehicles at other detailing outfits with unsatisfactory results. Takes an experienced detailer to effectively detail and remedy black paint, and John certainly has the expertise.
