He took time to listen to me, to get to know me and helped me focus on my goals. He eased me into progressively lifting more weights, and I noticed results really quickly in my shape and muscle tone. When I was struggling, he would pivot his advice and always gave me great suggestions to try. I also really loved the app he used - it was a great way to track both my goals and my physical progress, and to see how far I had come in my fitness and abilities. He accommodated all my needs and the changing restrictions, and whether we were online over zoom, in my back yard physical distancing, or in my makeshift home gym, I always got a great workout. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for personal training, specifically a fun and challenging one!”

From the initial assessment and subsequent treatment sessions, he was diligent and and effective. His pleasant demeanour made our sessions pleasant and relaxing . My treatment is successfully coming to an end, but should the need ever arise in the future for physiotherapy, I would return to this facility”

The studio is equipped with 1 room (fits about 30 max) that is occupied by both heated and unheated classes, with so many classes to choose from; Pilates, Yoga, Barre Yoga, Mediation, Yoga Basics, Power Classes, Gentle Classes + many more, i love the variety. The pricing is actually cheaper than any of the other studios in town, yet after 1 visit at Ananda Yoga I know that the pricing does not at all reflect the quality of the studio- You will (mostly) always leave feeling like a million bucks, and will be looking forward to your next visit back at the studio. 5 Stars”

“I have to say this Bronzeado is an amazing tanning salon!! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. The tanning beds are the best beds I have ever used in a very long time. I live in Barrie and drive all the way here for a tan. Its well worth the drive!! They also carry many types of tanning lotions that are very well priced and I love the little shop they have with bracelets, purses sunglasses and necklaces. “Absolute amazing care for my mom with Alzheimer's. The day program helped my mom stay in her home longer. She was picked up at her door and enjoyed a day in an uplifting environment at the day program. Our family knew mom was safe and was a great relief to us. Mom is in a home now and we cant thank you enough. Well maybe I can drop off some doughnuts like in the past.”
