She is incredibly compassionate and is always looking to help you in any way she can. She is quick to respond when you have questions, comments or concerns. She prioritizes health and mental wellness and is very open and honest about the mental aspects of prepping for a bodybuilding show. I couldn't have picked a better coach to guide me into my first show. She takes her time to listen to your needs and adjusts accordingly. I really cannot express how amazing working with Alexis is. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I am proud to be one of them!!
