Dr. Jessica Day

Dr. Jess is abolutely the best...in fact I'd say she is my saviour! She is the only chiropractor I have seen that has provided me with relief from a disk herniation and allowed me to get back to doing what I love. She cares for you as a patient and provides you with recommendations to improve your mobility and work with her treatments for the best long term results. I highly recommend Dr. Jess to anyone seeking chiropractic help!

I could not be any happier with the results of my weekly experiences! With being far into my pregnancy, I have developed the normal pregnancy symptoms like shortness of breath, back pain, hip and lower back discomfort. Dr. Jessica Day has been such an asset to my pain and discomfort relief. I wish I had learned about the wonders a chiropractor can provide for pregnant patients, earlier in my pregnancy. From the first appointment attended, I left being able to drive myself places, sleep comfortably, most importantly nesting in complete comfort.
Because it was my very first time attending chiropractic services, I appreciate Dr. Day educating me on the procedures she performs, as well as the reasoning why. I’m so glad I explored this option, and will definitely be bringing my little guy to see her once he’s here!

Where do I begin?
Dr. Jess Day is amazing. She is professional, kind, caring and funny. I went in for upper back issues (which she is a wiz at fixing up) and as a side bonus...she did some kind of voodoo adjusting my ankles of all things! At first I thought she was crazy...but then the next morning I hopped out of bed with NO SNAP CRACKLE POP!
....what the heck? Now I want her to adjust my ankles every visit! Dr. Jess picked up on things I had just grown to live with and taught me some stretching to do in combination with adjustments to help me feel better than I ever knew I could.

In short, Dr. Day is amazing! I came for my first chiropractic appointment super nervous. She was so reassuring, I relaxed immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so passionate about her job. She makes everything interesting and explains exactly what she's doing and why. She has such an understanding of the entire human body and health outside of just adjustments. I feel like I can go to her with any concern and she will help me however she can with a completely open mind. I can't recommend her services enough. She inspires me to invest in my health long term, which is something I didn't think I would ever care this much about.

I’ve never been to a chiropractor before and on my first visit Dr. Day took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable before adjusting me. It was a great first experience and I felt so much better after my adjustment. I’ve been back a few times now and Dr. Day continues to work at a high and professional level.
