Great place to work. Very friendly staff who are very welcoming. The pay is also very good and you’ll get all health benefits and life insurance. If you are interested in this job there is a couple things that you will need to know. Wake up is usually 5-6 AM and you’re working 8-12 hour days 5 days a week. There is also tons of travelling as you’re literally paving roads. Finally you’re outside all day so you will be working on super hot days. If you don’t mind The sun, early wake up and long work days than I would highly suggest this job. I’m currently a new hire who’s been on the job for 1 month.

New hire, responsive employer - called me back in less than 24 hours after applying. Met with a manager on Wednesday for an interview, offered a job that day. In for Training starting on Friday. Met with a different manager, very pleasant and professional...company seems to be family run and care for their employee's safety and well-being. Will follow up with another review in a couple months.

Upon working there, I would still give this place a 5-star rating. However, I would make it clear that you should be prepared to travel a lot in Ontario for this job and expect to work many hours and schedule your work week day by day.
