She is warm, caring, gentle, but will kick your butt when it needs to be kicked :) I was seeing Sheila on a monthly basis for about a year and the transformation that occurred is indescribable. I got my self-esteem back, became more assertive, and realized that I do come first.
I would recommend Sheila to anyone who is looking to change their lives or just to have someone to share your story with.
