Although Mr. Nash himself was going on holidays, he assured me someone would call. As promised, Dan called and set up an appointment. He also called in the morning to give me the time that I could expect someone. Sure enough, fifteen minutes before expected, Kevin arrived. He was pleasant, efficient, and fixed the problem. He was also careful to remove his boots as soon as he arrived. This is the only plumbing company I will ever deal with again. I've already recommended them to friends.
