Brunello At 27 On Fourth

My wife and myself have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity in our life having been introduced to great cuisine, and being ex Montrealer's we know how lucky we were to experience fabulous restaurants. I'm not one to write posts, but I must honestly comment on how fantastic our dinner was this Valentines Day, Bravo to the New Owners! You shall certainly see us again

Put simply, the food here is cooked and prepared to literal perfection. Fried shrimp and calamari were the best I've ever had. The mushroom ravioli was divine. Bison short rib (special) was tender and juicy. Even the corn on the cob was the best I've ever had. A true hidden gem. Prices are on the high side, but they're not unreasonable: you get what you pay for. Atmosphere: house converted to restaurant. Small rooms with few tables, very cozy environment.

All props to the new owners of Brunello! Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about, as the place couldn't be in better hands. After sending out compliments to the chef, he personally came out and thanked us and offered a complimentary after dinner digestif. Service was excellent, the staff is very welcoming and pleasant. My son is a celiac and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Hope to be back soon!

Brunello is the best spot for Italian food in Collingwood, perhaps Ontario. I ordered takeout for my family and I, and we found it absolutely delicious. You can really taste the flavour and care that is put into preparing each meal. From the homemade pasta, to the tender pieces of veal. I cannot wait to be able to sit down and enjoy an evening at Brunello.

There was a left group of us that attended this restaurant on Saturday. Hands down the best service and the most amazing food! The chef is fantastic. I highly recommend! If you don’t try this place, your loss! LOVE THIS PLACE!
