Multi niche facility with engaging, friendly staff that are eager to serve. Enjoy the social aspects if you wish to be involved...while also being surrounded by a motivated community that helps you up your game and make your workouts feel a lot less like work. Clean and easily accessible with free parking. Age variety and diversity. Great community gym - equally welcoming to visitors. Overall a positive experience++.
The best gym in town by far. Large selection of great equipment with a deadlift platform, and a large range dumbbells. The community and vibe in the gym is uplifting and motivating. Squash has been the most fun way of getting cardio activity that I have ever tried! I am hooked!
Just completed a 60 Day Challenge at The Centre - the staff and Personal Trainers did a great job keeping me engaged and focused on my personal goal. There were 30 of us in the challenge and it was a great experience. We competed for an 'attendance awards' that got quite competitive as we saw each other in the gym most days. A shout out to Jensen Maxwell, my personal trainer who did a great job getting me motivated to build some muscle while keeping me safe and injury free. Also to Syd for my weigh-ins, doing my measurements and clocking my fitness challenges (plank, wall squat and press ups). This was a first for me and I got way more out than I put in.
60-Day Challenge was awesome. Huge improvement to my core and upper body. My Personal Trainer, Jensen, was fantastic to work with. Really motivated me to keep going with an excellent routine that he customized because of an leg injury
