CrossFit Indestri

Did a couple of drop-in classes while on vacation in the area. Very well equipped, well coached box with great programming. Highly recommended.

Going on my third class next. Was super intimidated to start...havent done much exercising lately with a 6 month old at home. Trainer is great and helpful. Even in a 40ppl size class of all different fitness levels felt included and supported! Overall great experience and looking forward to getting fit having fun being exhausted and pushing myself.

Moved up from Toronto, and was looking for a new box to join. Indestri has exceeded all expectations!! LOVE the space, big enough to lay on the ground after a workout, small enough to hear encouraging words from your peers! Coaches are great, they all have their unique coaching style, which makes for an amazing week of WODS.

If you've been thinking about trying out Crossfit for a while, but remain apprehensive, give Crossfit Indestri a chance. The coaches are knowledgeable, the atmosphere is relaxed and the people are kind. You're guaranteed to have a great workout.

This is an institution of health and wellness. There is a mindset here that is unmatched and as someone passing through or someone living in indestri this will always be the place for me.
