We had major bat issues and while it took a 2nd attempt to persuade the little guys to find another roosting spot (they managed to find their way in again come this spring), Doug responded immediately both times. He methodically & patiently managed to remove them & re-seal the attic. Care was taken to ensure they were not locked inside, unable to escape. We would highly recommend this company for critter removal.
I had squirrels in my attic recently and Doug was very prompt in resolving this and sealed up all entry ways. Great customer service and very knowledgeable at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone in the Georgian Triangle area.
