Bill is great! We’ve had problems finding someone who knew how to do the job here and Bill was the man to do it! Not only did Bill fix our fan on the fireplace, but even cleaned it up too. Amazing service. If we need service again, won’t be going anywhere else for it.
I have my gas fireplace cleaned and checked over yearly. Bill arrives on time on the scheduled appointment date, he's very professional and his rates are very reasonable. I will continue to use Fireplace MD and highly recommend Bill.
We have used Fireplace MD for regular servicing of our two gas fireplaces, replacement of one, and other natural gas oriented work, including making line adjustments for a new gas grille for several years. VERY soon, installing a new outside gas line and repositioning that same grille.
Bill is responsive, accurate, and VERY concerned that the work he does meets ALL codes and standards. He believes in protecting his clients, sometimes even from themselves.
