My family and I are here on vacation and we all came down with something awful. Receptionist was great and helpful. The nurse who saw us took her time to investigate and ask questions. We were seen on time and had prescriptions filled at the in-house pharmacy. Great little gem you all have here!
The GBFHT has been a wonderful experience. Just new to the program we weren't sure what to expect. We were surprised to see that they were genuinely concerned about our health issues. They introduced programs and suggestions that would help us with our health issues.
My blood cholesterol was elevated and I had gained weight.I was referred to a dietician, who helped
with a review of my diet then told me about a new pole walking program that was available. I joined the group in September and have lost 20lbs.Georgian Bay Family Health Team was not only good for my physical health but for my mental well being also, getting older is not nearly so daunting as I used to think and I am now a registered pole walking instructor with a more positive attitude about myself thanks to the GBFH team :) :)
