Kind, friendly and very professional, one of the best Life Lab locations I have used.

I found that it is clean, but for a disabled person in a wheelchair, it IS Difficult to get into the bldg by yourself. As it has a Steeped Sloped Hills to the back and side of the bldg. I do like the fact that it does have a Pharma Plus Pharmacy in the bldg on the main floor as you enter the bldg. **Also I noticed that another reviewer here "Noted" that there was a "Lab in the CGMH in the basement". They "Will Not" take your blood, Unless - you are an admitted patient into the Hospital. Just for future reference, so that people know - as they turned me away and sent me to 186 Erie St (Life Labs) to get it done?

A well run, clean, and friendly lab. However, it is not like you have a choice--unless you want to drive to another town, or search out that horrible blood lab buried deep in the bowels of the hospital. My only complaint would be the paid parking of the building itself. I think it is a unwarranted cash grab by the owners of the building--unlike the paid parking at the hospital where the funds raised go towards new equipment. This is not the blood labs fault though.
