Tim Hortons

I Asked for a coffee but got steep tea and instead of apologizing for their mistake they wrote RIP on my lid. Must learn to behave. Such people does not deserve to work at tims.

The staff are awesome in Collingwood Tim Hortons, down town. People shouldn't be allowed to do a walkin order of 20 sandwiches.....bunch of losers. He staff was quick and professional but that is uncalled for, there should be a limit. These people work for one of the busiest quick service places in the world and 20 sandwiches is not only rude but not fair to the staff, I would've said no!

I go here regularly.. the staff are always super friendly and kind, and they are never in a bad mood. They've messed up my order only a few times but that's to be expected when they are busy and understaffed (no blame on them). They are quick and efficient too.

If this is the Tim Hortons on high street. The girl who’s on the shorter side is always friendly daily without exception this far. Unfortunately don’t have her name. She wears glasses. A pleasant welcoming smile. Remembers my order. I do like her customer service I find her to be exceptional.
