I loved my time with Vanessa. She really has a way of making you feel very safe and comfortable as you journey through your healing process, which is a beautiful and effortful thing to do. I did not know what to expect, I am glad I had the experience, I feel an energy shift in my body from heavy-light, It stopped some of my negative self-talk and I felt on soul level that healing did occur. It provided a platform for me to move forward in my life with a positive growth mind set. I walked away feeling lighter because I shed some tears, tears of release. It felt so good.

Whoever coined the term ‘beautiful soul’ must have had Vanessa in mind. Her ability to empathize and connect with other people is quite incredible. Throughout all of our sessions I felt seen and understood.
